I find the root cause, then fix it for good.

Ex-KPMG Senior Analyst ranked #1 of 400+, now building a consulting career in the Middle East. I'm a problem solver who turns messy operations into clear, measurable results.

From case files to client strategy.

I started in financial crime operations at KPMG India, where every case was a small investigation: who owns this business, where does the money come from, and does the story hold together? Over three years that grew into business model assessments for UK business banking clients across private equity, venture capital, technology, healthcare, oil & gas and retail.

What I enjoyed most was never the checklist. It was spotting why a process kept failing and redesigning it. Using Lean Six Sigma, I cut failed cases by ~25% and lifted departmental completions by ~30%, then trained 100+ colleagues to work the same way.

Now, through my Global MBA in Finance & Consulting at SP Jain, I'm pairing that operational depth with strategy, finance and emerging-technology coursework, aiming for management consulting in the Middle East, where I live and where I see the most exciting transformation work.

Process transformation · KPMG India

The "Escalate to SME" workflow

Cases kept failing quality checks for the same reasons, creating rework and exposing the client to penalties. I went looking for the cause rather than the symptom.

Lean Six SigmaRoot-cause analysisChange management

Challenge

  • Recurring failed cases and rework across the department
  • Potential client penalties building every month

What I did

  • Ran a Lean Six Sigma root-cause analysis to isolate the recurring bottlenecks
  • Designed and rolled out an "Escalate to SME" workflow so hard cases reached the right expert early

Result

~25%fewer failed cases
~30%more completions
$100Kmonthly penalty exposure addressed

Approach

How I tackle any problem.

The same four moves, whether it's a failing workflow or a client's business model.

Frame

Define the real question, the stakeholders and what success looks like in numbers.

Hypothesise

Form an early answer, so the work is focused rather than a hunt through everything.

Test

Dig into data and documents, find the root cause and prove or kill the hypothesis.

Recommend

Turn findings into a clear, actionable story that leaders can decide on.

Pro Bono

Using what I know for people who need it most.

Two initiatives, in India and the UAE, built around listening first and showing up consistently.
